A good setup guide covers:

Prerequisites: accounts, plans, tools, versions the buyer needs first.
Step-by-step install / import, in order.
Every credential or environment variable it needs: describe them, never paste real secrets.
A quick test that confirms it’s working.
Common errors and how to fix them.
