Welcome to levelpartner.ai ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our automation template marketplace platform, including all content, functionality, and services offered.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

levelpartner.ai operates as a marketplace connecting verified automation creators with businesses seeking n8n workflows and GoHighLevel snapshots. We provide:

• A secure platform for buying and selling automation templates
• Three-tier pricing structure (Download Only, Installation + Template, Full Support & Maintenance)
• Escrow-protected payment system for annual maintenance subscriptions
• Creator verification and quality assurance programs
• Dispute resolution and buyer protection services

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using Replit Auth. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access

Creator Verification

Creators must complete our verification process including:

• Full KYC verification with government-issued identification
• Proof of residence and tax information
• Portfolio review and client reference verification
• Demonstration of production workflow usage
• Compliance with ongoing creator guidelines and response time requirements

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Revenue Sharing

Creators receive 70% of sale proceeds. The Platform retains 30% to cover payment processing, infrastructure, support, and platform operations.

Escrow System

Annual maintenance subscriptions are held in escrow and released monthly to creators based on service level compliance. Buyers are entitled to refunds for unperformed services.

Refunds and Disputes

• Installation packages not completed within 14 days are eligible for refunds
• Maintenance subscriptions can be refunded for non-responsive creators
• Download-only sales are generally final unless templates are fundamentally broken
• All disputes are handled through our support team at support@levelpartner.ai

Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their templates but grant buyers specific usage rights:

• Buyers may use templates for their business operations
• Templates cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared with third parties
• Customizations performed for specific clients remain confidential
• Reverse engineering or copying template logic for competitive purposes is prohibited

Platform Content

The Platform design, functionality, and associated content are owned by levelpartner.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.

Creator Obligations

• Maintenance support: 48-hour maximum response time
• Installation support: 24-hour response during installation period
• Download support: 72-hour response for critical issues
• Installation completion: 14-day maximum timeline
• Post-installation warranty: 30 days of free support

Platform Responsibilities

• 99.9% platform uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)
• Secure payment processing and data protection
• Creator verification and quality assurance
• Dispute resolution and buyer protection
• Customer support through support@levelpartner.ai

You may not use our Platform for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Circumventing our payment system or fee structure
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating marketplace metrics
• Selling templates containing illegal or copyrighted content
• Using templates for spam, phishing, or other harmful activities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, levelpartner.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We provide the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to verify creator qualifications and template quality, we do not guarantee the performance or suitability of any specific template for your business needs.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Creator accounts may be terminated for guideline violations, poor performance ratings, or non-compliance with service level agreements.

Outstanding payments and escrow funds will be handled according to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, with GDPR compliance for data protection matters.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts having jurisdiction over levelpartner.ai's registered address.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email notification and platform announcements at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Platform.
